Official Rules

  1. Only 3,333 tickets will be sold.

  2. Ticket price is $30.00 each. Paid by Cash or Venmo.

  3. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a ticket and can only claim cash prizes.

  4. Winners of handgun prizes must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to possess a firearm.

  5. All firearm winners must successfully complete all required federal, state, and local background checks before receiving their prize.

  6. Firearm transfers will be completed through:

  7. Winners of firearm prizes may elect to receive either:

    • The firearm prize awarded, or

    • Cash Value equal to the value of the firearm prize.

  8. Winners selecting a firearm must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and complete all required paperwork and background checks.

  9. Handgun prizes will be available for pickup beginning December 1, 2026, following completion of all required paperwork, waiting periods, and background check requirements.

  10. Cash prizes will be paid by check and mailed to the address on the ticket stub.

  11. Winning numbers will be determined using the Maryland Pick 4 Evening Drawing.

  12. Drawings will be held daily from November 1, 2026 through November 30, 2026.

  13. Each raffle ticket contains three unique Pick 4 numbers, providing three chances to win each day.

  14. A ticket may win multiple times throughout the raffle.

  15. Once a ticket wins a prize, it remains eligible for all future drawings during the raffle period.

  16. Winners will be posted on the North Carroll Colts website and social media pages.

  17. The person whose name appears on the ticket stub must claim the prize.

  18. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, transfer fees, and expenses associated with claiming a prize.

  19. Prize claims must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the final drawing date.

  20. Any prize not claimed within thirty (30) days of the final drawing date becomes the property of the North Carroll Colts.

  21. Ticket stubs must be completed legibly and in full. The North Carroll Colts are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

  22. Prizes are non-transferable.

  23. The North Carroll Colts reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

  24. The North Carroll Colts are not responsible for printing errors, lottery drawing errors, or circumstances beyond their control.

  25. By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to abide by all raffle rules and decisions made by the North Carroll Colts, which shall be final.

  26. All proceeds benefit North Carroll Colts Football & Cheer and support youth football and cheerleading programs, equipment, facilities, scholarships, and operating expenses.

  27. The North Carroll Colts reserve the right to modify these rules as necessary to comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing charitable gaming and raffles.
